Our registration prices are as follows: 

• $200 first time attendee (will be applied at check-out if you answer yes to "Is this your first time attending Winter Conference?") 
• $300 early bird members through September 30, 2026
• $350 members October 1 - December 31, 2026
• $400 members January 1 - 14, 2027
• $150 for spouses and significant others
• The last day for members to cancel registration and receive a refund is December 31, 2026.

Hotel room blocks will open at 9 a.m. on September 15, 2026. Please check this website back at that time to access booking links.

As our events continue to grow, the League has discontinued the ‘Non-Member’ registration option to ensure priority access for our members (municipal officials and personnel). 

We have a limited number of sponsorships available for businesses to join us in the Exhibition Hall on January 14, 2027. For more information, please email events@arml.org.
