Our registration prices are as follows: 

• $200 first time attendee (will be applied at check-out if you answer yes to "Is this your first time attending Winter Conference?") 
• $300 early bird members through September 30, 2026
• $350 members October 1 - December 31, 2026
• $400 members January 1 - 14, 2027
• $150 for spouses and significant others
• The last day for members to cancel registration and receive a refund is December 31, 2026.

Non-Member/business attendance:

As our events continue to grow, the League has discontinued the ‘Non-Member’ registration option to ensure priority access for our members (municipal officials and personnel). 

We have a limited number of sponsorships available for businesses to join us in the Exhibition Hall on January 14, 2027. For more information, please email events@arml.org.

A change for Winter Conference ’27, the Exhibition Hall will be open Thursday only and will feature state agencies, League services and 12 event sponsors. We invite all other exhibitors to save the date for our Annual Convention, June 16-18, 2027. Please email events@arml.org to be added to the Convention invitation list or vshively@arml.org if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Please note that all confirmations and emails regarding this event will come from events@arml.org. If you do not receive your confirmation emails, please ask your IT department to whitelist the events@arml.org address to ensure your organization receives all emails regarding events you are registered for.
